Website performance analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures public-page visits and performance without analytics cookies. QUADS does not send your account identity, purchases or private dashboard content to this analytics service. Private account and administrative pages are excluded from beacon installation.
Information collected
When you sign in, QUADS receives your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image through Supabase Auth. The service also stores purchases, subscriptions, credits, entitlements, favorites, download history and support activity needed to operate your account.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, deliver purchased files, manage subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the catalog and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
Supabase provides customer identity. Dodo Payments processes new checkout, payment methods, tax information and receipts as merchant of record. Existing payment payment records are retained. Google provides the selected sign-in identity. The hosting platform stores catalog and account records; Cloudflare R2 stores asset packages and media.
Payment data
QUADS does not receive or store complete card numbers or payment-account passwords. Payment details are entered into Dodo Payments’ hosted checkout. Existing payment records are retained. Each provider processes payment and tax details under its own privacy terms.
Teams and account protection
Studio and Complete Collection owners store invited team members’ email addresses to manage access to a shared library. QUADS stores hashed download-device identifiers, device last-used times and download activity to limit account sharing. Customers can remove registered devices in their account. Reference images are not part of these device records.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained while needed to provide permanent download rights, handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. Administrative and download routes use server-side authorization; sensitive keys are held only in the hosted environment.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction and entitlement records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or license-verification purposes.
