Information collected
When you sign in, QUADS receives your Google account identifier, email address, display name and profile image through Supabase Auth. The service also stores purchases, subscriptions, credits, entitlements, favorites, download history and support activity needed to operate your account.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate you, deliver purchased files, manage subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the catalog and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
Supabase provides customer identity and account data infrastructure. Paddle processes checkout, payment methods, tax information and receipts as merchant of record. Google provides the selected sign-in identity. The hosting platform stores catalog records and encrypted asset packages.
Payment data
QUADS does not receive or store complete card numbers or PayPal passwords. Those details are entered directly into Paddle’s hosted checkout and are handled under Paddle’s privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained while needed to provide permanent download rights, handle disputes and comply with legal obligations. Administrative and download routes use server-side authorization; sensitive keys are held only in the hosted environment.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some transaction and entitlement records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or license-verification purposes.
